POET's dry mill process operates under milder conditions compared to the rest of the industry, resulting in better overall co-product quality. Voilà Corn Oil has low FFA (maximum 5%) compared to many other industrial and feed grade corn oils.

Voilà corn oil is well suited for use in a variety of industrial processes including:

• Biodiesel production:
  With cloud points ranging between -3°C and -5°C, corn oil methyl esters CME has shown superior cold flow properties compared to those obtained from other vegetable oils and animal fats.


• Common oil based industrial products:
  Epoxidazed oils, functional fluids and lubricants, oleochemicals and vegetable waxes.


• Renewable oil:
  Source for plastic and rubber production.

Voilà Fat Product Feed Grade is produced from a proprietary process in which the oil fraction of condensed distillers solubles is separated and further refined into a high quality animal feed.
